About this template

The Productivity System is my most comprehensive system for managing tasks, projects and emergencies. It's the one I use personally on a daily basis. It's a set of database that centralises all your tasks, appointments, things to remember and responsibilities, as well as your project management. These databases allow you to organise them by life stage, to-do date, level of urgency and status. They're simple yet highly effective, and I've created them for people who want a more rigorous way of organising without getting in over their heads.

This Notion template also offers you input management, the famous 'Inbox' so you never get distracted, a 'Focus' page for focused work sessions and an Eisenhower matrix to help you decide which tasks need to be done in which order. It's all turnkey, so all you have to do is follow each step and let yourself be guided towards the ultimate, all-encompassing organisation of your day-to-day life!

A database that centralises your tasks is an essential part of good organisation. The Todolist is all well and good, but how do you effectively incorporate a task for... next week? An eye appointment in 11 months' time? Here, it's two in one. With the "Today" view, you have today's todo list, but you can still store tasks for later that won't pollute your daily todo. That's the power of databases and views on Notion ;)

In this template you'll find:

A home page with a link to the database and some information

The 'Master Todo' database: my best-seller, but with 5 extra columns: impact of tasks on your productivity, buttons to automate as many things as possible, links to projects, etc.

The 'Projects' database linked to the Master Todo so that you can keep track of the large projects your tasks are part of, monitor the progress of projects and find out how much time and tasks are left before the end.

An input management system: Inbox

A step-by-step process that guides you on how to get organised: brain dump, task sorting, project creation, etc.

An Eisenhower Matrix to help you work out which tasks to do in which order

A 'Focus' page with minimal distractions: lofi music, pomodoro, etc.
